dhānyāmlaṃ bhedi tīkṣṇoṣṇaṃ pittakṛt sparśaśītalam |

śramaklamaharaṃ rucyaṃ dīpanaṃ bastiśūlanut ||

Fermented grain water is purgative, sharp, hot, causes pitta, and is cold to the touch. / It removes fatigue and exhaustion, is tasty, stimulates digestion, and cures pain of the urinary bladder;
