Protection from tiny insects by filtering through a thick cloth; / heating this [water] when disordered by fire, sun, or heated iron balls. // Then, burning, having become acidic, clear pitta slipping down from the stomach, / and on reaching the colon, pungent vāta [is produced]. // Talking unclearly, incessantly, and rapidly, moving about with unsteady, stumbling steps. // With kulīraśṛṅgī, capalā, tāmalakī, amṛtā, and auṣadha. // Raising [him] by the hair, one should shake [him], and terrify [him] with beasts of prey, / weapons, torches, and royal men; for thus the enema moves downward. // Bathing on a riverbank, and a mantra.
