Aṣṭāṅgasaṃgraha 7.141

svinnaṃ niṣpīḍitarasaṃ snehāḍhyaṃ nātidoṣalam |
laghupatrā tu yā cillī sā vāstukasamā matā ||
Steamed, with juice pressed out, and enriched with fat, they do not cause excessive aggravation of doṣas. / That cillī, however, which has small leaves is considered equal to vāstuka.
