svinnaṃ niṣpīḍita-rasaṃ snehāḍhyaṃ nāti-doṣalam |
laghu-pattrā tu yā cillī sā vāstuka-samā matā || 96 ||
Steamed, with its juice pressed out, and enriched with fat, it does not excessively vitiate the humours. / However, that cillī which has small leaves is considered equal to vāstuka.
