9.81

hemantādiṣu kurvīta svaṃ svaṃ cākālikeṣvapi |

vidhiṃ tacchīlanaṃ yasmācchītādidvandvakāritam ||

pānapravṛttau satyāṃ tu tāṃ surāṃ vidhinā pibet ||

in early winter and other seasons, and even in unseasonal conditions, one should observe one's proper / regimen, since adhering to it is made necessary by the pairs of opposites such as cold and heat.
When the urge to drink arises, one should drink that wine according to proper rule;
