tasmād dāruṇakoṣṭhas tugāḍhavarcāś ca yo bhavet | rūkṣamannaṃ pariharennacainamavasraṃsayet ||
Therefore, one whose bowel is harsh and who has hardened feces / should avoid dry food, nor should one purge him downward [drastically].
