1.4.27

kārayetkuṣṭhināmevaṃ tataḥ sampadyate sukhī | na ca vyādhimupekṣeta śarīraṃ patitaṃ budhaḥ | tvareta śamane tasya pradīptasyeva veśmanaḥ ||

for those afflicted with skin disease; thus he becomes happy. / A wise man should not neglect a disease that has fallen upon the body; / he should hasten to pacify it, as [he would] a burning house.
