vilepanaṃ hlādayati kaṇḍūṃ hanti prasādanam | śiśiraṃhyañjanaṃ dṛṣṭeḥ timiraṃ ca praṇaśyati ||

Anointment gladdens, destroys itching, and clears [the complexion]; / and cold collyrium destroys cataract of the vision.
