tadordhvamevaṃ hṛdayaṃkapho varcopadhāvati | ity etairlakṣaṇairvidyādapasmāraṃ kaphātmakam ||

then phlegm rushes thus upward to the heart, obstructing the stool. / By these characteristics, one should know epilepsy of the nature of phlegm.
