3.1.10

mārutaḥ snigdhabhāvaiś ca tato ' nyair upaśāmyati | kaṭvamlalavaṇaiḥ pittamuṣṇamuṣṇairvivardhate ||

wind is appeased by unctuous substances, and by others different from that; / hot bile increases with pungent, sour, and salty [tastes], [which are] hot;
