3.1.4

rūkṣoṣṇamamlaṃ pittantu kaṭukaṃ ca pracakṣate | śleṣmā tu madhuraḥ snigdhaḥ śīto mandaḥ sthiro guruḥ ||

They declare bile to be dry, hot, sour, and pungent; / phlegm, however, is sweet, unctuous, cold, dull, stable, and heavy.
