yasya hīnādhikas tv agniḥ kṣipraṃ dehaṃ sa muñcati | samāgniś ca samātmā yaḥ sadīrghāyuṣṭvamṛcchati ||
He whose digestive fire is deficient or excessive abandons the body quickly; / and he who has a balanced digestive fire and a balanced constitution attains long life.
