4.4.25

asāvasamprāptakālo[śvāsaṃ] ya evaṃ mriyate, varṣaśataṃ hi puruṣāyustaccānāptuṃ jīrṇalaghupathyabhojanānuvartinā bhavitavyam iti ||

Such a person dies without reaching his proper time. For the lifespan of man is a hundred years, and in order to attain it, one must be one who follows a diet that is digested, light, and wholesome.
