kuśair iva nirūḍhāṅgamātmānaṃ svapna īkṣate | khaṃ vā sadhūmaṃ yo vetti na sa jīvati tādṛśaḥ ||
He who sees himself in a dream as if his body were wiped down with kuśa grass, / or who perceives the sky filled with smoke, such a one does not live.
