triphalākvāthasiddhena ghṛtena matimān bhiṣak | snehayet taṃ yathānyāyaṃ yuktyāvṛṣaghṛtena vā ||

With ghee prepared with a decoction of triphalā, the intelligent physician / should unctuate him according to rule, or properly with vāsā-ghee.
