sraṃsayet tamadhobhāgaṃ yathāvyādhibalābalam | doṣeṣvāmāśayastheṣu kārayed vamanaṃ bhiṣak ||
One should purge him downwards according to the strength and weakness of the disease; / when the doṣas reside in the stomach, the physician should induce vomiting.
