6.5.13

yadi vastigataḥ pākaṃ vātagulmas tu gacchati | hṛnnābhyor antaraṃ gulmaḥ pākaṃ gacchati paittikaḥ ||

If a wind-gulma is situated in the urinary bladder, it goes on to suppurate; / a bilious gulma goes on to suppurate in the region between the heart and the navel.
