6.5.14

hṛdi ca śleṣmagulmas tu pākaṃ yāty ananuṣṭhitaḥ | pacyate sannipātāt tu gulmaśśoṇitajas tathā ||

And in the heart, a phlegm-gulma goes on to suppurate if left untreated; / a gulma arising from a combined humoral disorder suppurates, as does one born of blood.
