praśleṣmaṇi pravāte vāpyuṣṇamāsthāpanaṃ bhavet | madanasya phalaṃ piṣṭvātailenācchena sādhayet ||

When śleṣman or vāta is predominant, the non-unctuous enema should be hot. / Having ground the fruit of madana, one should boil it with clear oil;
