bhavati cātra
mānasaṃ prati bhaiṣajyaṃ trivargasyānvavekṣaṇam /
tadvidyasevā vijñānamātmādīnāṃ ca sarvaśaḥ //
And here it is said:
The remedy for mental illness is examination of the three aims of life,
service to those knowledgeable in that, and complete understanding of oneself and the rest.
