eka ūrustambha ityāmatridoṣasamutthaḥ, ekaḥ saṃnyāsa iti tridoṣātmako manaḥśarīrādhiṣṭhānaḥ, eko mahāgada iti atattvābhiniveśaḥ (8);

The ‘one thigh stiffness’ is: arising from āma and the three doṣas. / The ‘one comatose collapse’ is: consisting of the three doṣas, having its seat in mind and body. / The ‘one great disease’ is: obstinate misbelief. (8)
