svamānātiriktāḥ punarutasargiṇaḥ śītoṣṇaparyāyaguṇaiścopacaryamāṇā malāḥ śarīradhātusāmyakarāḥ samupalabhyante //

Excretions, moreover, that exceed their normal measure, being discharged and being treated with the alternating qualities of cold and heat, are found to bring about equilibrium of the bodily tissues.
