tāśca rogaprakṛtayo rasān samyagupayuñjānamapi puruṣamaśubhenopapādayanti tasmāddhitāhāropayogino 'api dṛśyante vyādhimantaḥ /

And those primary causes of disease afflict a man with misfortune even if he consumes tastes properly; therefore even those who consume wholesome food are seen to have diseases.
