1.5.7

na ca nāpekṣate dravyaṃ; dravyāpekṣayā ca tribhāgasauhityamardhasauhityaṃ vā gurūṇāmupadiśyate, laghūnāmapi ca nātisauhityamagneryuktyartham//

Nor does it not depend on the substance: depending on the substance, satiety up to one-third or one-half is advised for heavy things; and even for light things, excessive satiety is not advised, for the proper functioning of the digestive fire.
