śoṇitagulmastu khalu striyā eva bhavati na puruṣasya, garbhakoṣṭhārtavāgamanavaiśeṣyāt/

Blood gulma, however, occurs only in a woman, not in a man, on account of the distinction of the womb and the flow of menstrual blood.
