iha khalu pañca gulmā bhavanti; tadyathā---vātagulmaḥ, pittagulmaḥ, śleṣmagulmo, nicayagulmaḥ, śoṇitagulma iti//

Here, indeed, there are five abdominal swellings (gulma); they are as follows: wind gulma, bile gulma, phlegm gulma, gulma from accumulation [of all three doshas], and blood gulma.
