bhavanti cātra--- naiva devā na gandharvā na piśācā na rākṣasāḥ/ na cānye svayamakliṣṭamupakliśnanti mānavam//

And here are [the verses]: / Neither gods, nor gandharvas, nor piśācas, nor rākṣasas, / nor others torment a man who is not already afflicted of his own accord.
