sarvarasamapi ca sātmyamupapannaḥ& prakṛtyādyupayoktraṣṭamāni sarvāṇyāhāravidhiviśeṣāyatanānyabhisamīkṣya hitamevānurudhyeta//

And even one endowed with habituation to all tastes, having examined all the factors of food intake beginning with natural constitution and ending with the consumer as the eighth, should adhere solely to what is wholesome.
