tamuvāca bhagavānātreyaḥ---sarveṣāmapyagniveśa! vāyvādināṃ yadvaiguṇyamutpadyate tasya mūlamadharmaḥ, tanmūlaṃ vā+&asatkarma pūrvakṛtaṃ; tayoryoniḥ prajñāparādha eva/

The venerable Ātreya said to him: "Agniveśa, of whatever vitiation arises among all [the factors] beginning with wind, the root is unrighteousness, or an unwholesome deed done in the past as its root; and the origin of both is cognitive error alone.
