tamuvāca bhagavānātreyaḥ---evamasāmānyāvatāmapyebhiragniveśa! prakṛtyādibhirbhāvairmanuṣyāṇāṃ ye 'anyebhāvāḥ sāmānyāstadvaiguṇyāt samānakālāḥ samānaliṅgāśca vyādhayo 'abhinirvartamānā janapadamuddhvaṃsayanti/

The venerable Ātreya said to him: "Agniveśa, even though human beings differ from one another in these factors such as constitution, there are other factors that are common [to all]; because of their vitiation, diseases arising at the same time and having the same symptoms destroy a community.
