tatra---guruvyādhita ekaḥ sattvabalaśarīrasaṃpadupetatvāllaghuvyādhita iva dṛśyate, laghuvyādhito 'aparaḥ sattvādīnām-*adhamatvādguruvyādhita iva dṛśyate/

Among them, one who is severely diseased appears as if mildly diseased because he is endowed with excellence of mental strength and bodily physique; another who is mildly diseased appears as if severely diseased because of the inferiority of his mental strength and other qualities.
