3.7.4_2

te yadā guruvyādhitaṃ laghuvyādhitarūpamāsādayanti, tadā tamalpadoṣaṃ matvā saṃśodhanakāle 'asmai mṛdu saṃśodhanaṃ prayacchanto bhūya evāsya doṣānudīrayanti/

When they encounter a severely diseased person who has the appearance of being mildly diseased, then, considering him to have few doshas, they administer a mild evacuative therapy at the time of evacuation, and thereby only further excite his doshas.
