3.7.4_3

yadā tu laghuvyādhitaṃ guruvyādhitarūpamāsādayanti, tadā taṃ mahādoṣaṃ matvā saṃśodhanakāle 'asmai tīkṣṇaṃ saṃśodhanaṃ prayacchanto doṣānatinirhṛtya śarīramasya kṣiṇvanti/

When, however, they encounter a mildly diseased person who has the appearance of being severely diseased, then, considering him to have abundant doshas, they administer a sharp evacuative therapy at the time of evacuation, and by excessively expelling the doshas, they destroy his body.
