The Compendium of Caraka 5.5.16

5.5.16

snātānuliptagātre 'api yasmin gṛdhnanti makṣikāḥ/
sa prameheṇa saṃsparṇaṃ prāpya tenaiva hanyate//

The man on whom flies swarm, even when he is bathed and smeared with ungents,
contracts urinary disease and is destroyed by that very illness.
