hṛṣṭaromā sāndramūtraḥ śūnaḥ &kāsajvarārditaḥ/
kṣīṇamāṃso naro dūrādvarjyo vaidyena jānatā//
With hair standing on end, thick urine, swollen, afflicted with cough and fever,
wasted in flesh: such a man should be avoided from afar by a discerning physician.
