trayaḥ prakupitā yasya doṣāḥ &kaṣṭābhilakṣitāḥ/
kṛśasya balahīnasya nāsti tasya cikitsitam//
Whose three doṣas are aggravated and marked by distress,
who is emaciated and devoid of strength: for him there is no treatment.
