saphenaṃ rudhiraṃ yasya muhurāsyāt prasicyate/
śūlaiśca tudyate kukṣiḥ pratyākhyeyastathāvidhaḥ//
From whose mouth frothy blood repeatedly pours out,
and whose belly is pierced with colicky pains: such a one should be refused.
