annapānaṃ niṣevyaṃ tatkṣatakṣīṇaiḥ sukhārthibhiḥ//
Whatever food and drink is replenishing, cooling, non-burning, wholesome, and light / should be consumed by the chest-wounded and emaciated who desire well-being.
