maṇḍūkaparṇyāḥ kalpo 'ayaṃ śuṇṭhīmadhukayostathā//
This regimen is supreme for producing nourishment, longevity, strength, and health; / this is the procedure for maṇḍūkaparṇī, and likewise for dry ginger and madhuka.
