athāmajaṃ laṅghanapācanakramairviśodhanairulbaṇadoṣamāditaḥ/
śirogataṃ &śīrṣavirecanairadho virecanairūrdhvaharaistathordhvajam//

Then, one should treat that born of āma with fasting and digestive regimens, and that with aggravated doṣas initially with purification procedures: / that located in the head with head-evacuations, that located in the lower parts with purgatives, and that arising in the upper parts with emetics.
