6.12.18

upācaret snehabhavaṃ virūkṣaṇaiḥ prakalpayet snehavidhiṃ ca rūkṣaje/
vibaddhaviṭke 'anilaje nirūhaṇaṃ ghṛtaṃ tu pittānilaje satiktakam//

One should treat that arising from unction with drying measures, and devise a regimen of unction in that arising from dryness; / in that born of vāta with obstructed feces, [one should use] an unctuous enema, but in that born of pitta and vāta, ghee with bitter [substances].
