6.12.80

teṣāṃ sirākāyaśirovirekā dhūmaḥ purāṇasya ghṛtasya pānam/
syāllaṅghanaṃ vaktrabhaveṣu cāpi pragharṣaṇaṃ syāt kavalagrahaśca//

For these, bloodletting from the veins, evacuation of the body and head, medicated smoking, and drinking of old ghee [are indicated]; / fasting, abrasive powder, and gargles should also be used for those occurring in the mouth.
