aṅgaikadeśeṣvanilādibhiḥ syāt svarūpadhārī sphuraṇaḥ sirābhiḥ/
granthirmahānmāṃsabhavastvanartirmedobhavaḥ snigdhatamaścalaśca//
In a part of the body, through vāta and the other [doṣas], bearing their respective characters, pulsating, accompanied by veins, / there is a granthi; born of flesh, it is large and painless; born of fat, it is exceedingly unctuous and mobile.
