granthyarbudānāṃ ca yato 'aviśeṣaḥ pradeśahetvākṛtidoṣadūṣyaiḥ/
tataścikitsedbhiṣagarbudāni vidhānavidgranthicikitsitena//

Since between granthis and arbudas there is no difference with respect to site, etiology, form, doṣas, and dūṣyas, / the physician who knows the procedure should therefore treat arbudas with the treatment for granthi.
