The Compendium of Caraka 6.12.86

6.12.86

vivarjayet kukṣyudarāśritaṃ ca tathā gale marmaṇi saṃśritaṃ ca/
sthūlaḥ kharaścāpi bhavedvivarjyo yaścāpi bālasthavirābalānām//

One should avoid that which is situated in the pelvic cavity and abdomen, and likewise that which is situated in the throat and vital spots; / that which is large and rough should also be avoided, as well as that in children, the elderly, and the debilitated.
