yajñopavītapratimāḥ prabhūtāḥ pittānilābhyāṃ janitāstu &kakṣāḥ/
yaścāparāḥ syuḥ piḍakāḥ prakīrṇāḥ sthūlāṇumadhyā api pittajāstāḥ//
Kakṣās, resembling a sacred thread and abundant, are produced by pitta and vāta; / and the other scattered boils, large, small, or medium, are also born of pitta.
