6.13.24

hatvā 'agniṃ kaphamuddhūya tena ruddhagatistataḥ/
ācinotyudaraṃ jantostvaṅmāṃsāntaramāśritaḥ//

Having destroyed the digestive fire and driven up kapha, its course obstructed thereby, / it settles between the skin and flesh and accumulates the abdomen in the person.
