bilvaṃ karkaṭakaṃ pāṭhāṃ piṣṭvā peyāṃ vipācayet/
phalāmlāṃ yamakairbhṛṣṭāṃ tāṃ dadyādgudajāpahām//

bilva, karkaṭaka, and pāṭhā—having ground [these], he should cook a gruel; / soured with fruits and fried in two unctuous substances, he should give it to remove anal growths.
