etaiścaiva khaḍān kuryādetaiśca vipacejjalam/
etaiścaiva ghṛtaṃ sādhyamarśasāṃ vinivṛttaye//

And with these [ingredients] he should prepare khaḍa-buttermilks, and with these he should boil water; / and with these ghee should be prepared for the alleviation of piles.
