The Compendium of Caraka 6.22.29

6.22.29

payasā śṛtena bhojanamathavā madhuśarkarāyutaṃ yojyam/
pārāvatādikarasairghṛtabhṛṣṭairvā 'apyalavaṇāmlaiḥ//

Or food should be served with boiled milk, accompanied by honey and sugar, / or with broths of birds such as the pigeon, fried in ghee, without salt and sourness.
